Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • Toasted pine nuts

For the chimichurri sauce:

  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Cumin
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Put water and salt in a pot, and when it starts to boil, add the cauliflower and let it cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
  2. Cut the cauliflower in half, then cut each half again so that you have 4 portions.
  3. Grill each piece of cauliflower and dress it with the chimichurri sauce.
  4. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top of the cauliflower and serve.
