Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- Toasted pine nuts
For the chimichurri sauce:
- 125 ml olive oil
- 20 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Cumin
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
Preparation:
- Put water and salt in a pot, and when it starts to boil, add the cauliflower and let it cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
- Cut the cauliflower in half, then cut each half again so that you have 4 portions.
- Grill each piece of cauliflower and dress it with the chimichurri sauce.
- Sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top of the cauliflower and serve.
